THIS APPLICATION FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED TO DETERMINE IF A LEARNING ACTIVITY YOU WISH TO ATTEND WILL QUALIFY FOR CPD POINTS.
All relevant documentation to the learning activity (pamphlet, invitation, advert, publication, degree etc.) should be attached to the application. The application will be assessed by the SAPIK CPD accreditation team in order to determine if it is SAPIK accredited. A set criterion will be used to assess the learning activity. Learning activities accredited by the HPCSA and other national boards such as SACE, SAISI, SAOU etc are also SAPIK accredited learning activities ONLY if it falls within the scope of practice of Kinderkinetics. Take note that SAPIK may allocate a different CPD accreditation point than other national boards.
Learning activities consist of programmes, workshops, congresses, group discussions and educational activities with the intention to improve knowledge, skills and competence of practitioners.
Once the application is reviewed feedback will be sent to the member directly via email. Please note that SAPIK requires a review period of 4 weeks and all applications should be submitted a month before the learning activity will take place. Note that if the application has not been received in time, there is no guarantee that the learning activity will qualify for CPD points.
